Do the national granting agencies provide overhead on their grant funding? Currently, the federal granting councils do pay overhead on their research grants. Who is the Signing Authority or the Contracting Officer on the funding agreement?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
