What is the authority on the latest fashion trends?

I get most my fashion advice from GQ, or Gentlemen's Quarterly. This is a great resource (if you're a guy) because it shows trends from the latest designers and fashion shows along with affordable everyday fashion. Check out the "Style" tab under the website gq.com.

I think the authority on the latest fashion is the fashion designer because they are in-charge of latest trends and they had non stop searching issuing different design that would best for the time or generation. And also fashion model and icons they are the one who make popularize the designed clothes etc. Of a fashion designer. I have seen some new fashion style and tips from URL1 maybe it could help.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
