Take BART to any of the downtown stations and find a friend who lives in a high rise condo with a view of the bridge, wait for midnight grab drink and step out on to balcony and enjoy the view.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
