There are many shampoos and conditioners that will put moisture back into the hair. That is what is causing the hair to frizz, lack of moisture. Look on the bottle and choose a shampoo and conditioner that is designed for dry or damaged hair.
For over the counter brands that are reasonably prices, I suggest Pantene or Tresemme. You can find these pretty much anywhere that sell hair care products. Pantene is about $6 a bottle and Tresemme is about $4 a bottle.
For salon quality more expensive brands, I recommend Rusk Calm line. You can find Rusk at salons or even on Amazon. It is a bit more expensive.
Whichever brand you choose be sure to distribute the conditioner evenly and work it through the hair from roots to ends, paying special attention to the ends of the hair. Let it sit on for 5 minutes then rinse.
Since I started letting my hair grow out long I've had a real problem with this. But couldn't find any combo of shampoo/conditioner that helped. I finally tried this leave in conditioner from Garnier and it works great at least for me.
Probably worth a shot.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
