Not an easy question...I do not think there is an easy way... I don’t think there is a very convenient way using public transportation. The Chicago Metra Heritage Corridor (Metra Train) runs from Chicago Union Station to Joliet. There is a station in Lockport which neighbors Romeoville: 13th St.& State St. Lockport.

Other close train stations are Naperville or Joliet. I would think the best way to get downtown would be by train...buses would likely take forever from that distance. As far as bus from Romeoville to a train station I could not find any info...hopefully someone will help with an answer..
