Two words, "White Vinegar. White vinegar is simply the best, and cheapest way to take control of household problems. The way to manage the toothpaste residue on your bathroom faucet, is to saturate some cloths or paper towels with undiluted white vinegar, completely cover the faucets with the cloth and leave them for an hour or so.
You’ll be amazed at how quickly the toothpaste comes off. I cannot take credit for this tip, I saw a TV program starring two British women who clean some of the most difficult household problems and make it look so easy. You can also heat the white vinegar in a bowl or cup in a microwave oven, just until it becomes hot, not boiling, then saturate the cloth or paper towel.
That will help to loosen the toothpaste even sooner. White vinegar diluted with water will easily get rid of toothpaste stains from the tile, as well. Use 1/4 cup (or more) vinegar to 1 gallon water.
The best white vinegar to use is distilled, which is cheaper, and won’t make your bathroom smell like salad dressing. Which may occur if you used white wine vinegar. Prior to cleaning with the white vinegar and water solution, use a dry nylon mesh covered sponge to loosen the toothpaste from the tile, once you’ve removed all you can that way, then clean with the white vinegar and water solution.
I use white vinegar quite often when cleaning. I make my own cleaning solution for my kitchen counters, stove and other appliances. In addition, I use the same solution for cleaning mirrors and windows.
I fill a spray bottle with a mixture of one part white vinegar and two parts water and keep it handy for everyday cleaning. A general cleanser I’ve had no trouble using my basic bathroom cleaner on toothpaste stains. The solvents in any cleaner do just fine. If they've been building up for a while, it may take a little elbow grease.
Don't use anything too scratchy, or it'll scratch the time or chrome. If you've got globs of toothpaste, you may have to pry them off first. But the toothpaste residue isn't really a stain; it's just leftover goo. It'll come off with any cleanser combined with a bit of mechanical action (scrubbing).
Even water would do the job, actually; the stuff is water-soluble. But it'll be easier with your Formula 409 or whatever you're using. You might want to make sure that the one you pick is safe for chrome before using it on the fixtures, but few of them present any problems.
Many cleaners will cut this stuff but something specifically designed for mineral deposits will work best. I actually use CLR, which dissolves three types of deposits, but I've had good luck with Formula 409, Clorox Clean-up, straight ammonia (do NOT use with a Chlorine cleaner), and some others. One thing that helps a lot is 3M (or generic) scouring pads - some sponges have the scouring part on the back side.
They won't damage porcelain, but they give tough love to mineral deposits.
I would think.... Bleach or baking-soda would work great! Use a sponge that has a scrubbing surface on one side. I think it would come out very easily.
Or you could try the Magic Eraser- it does a great job cleaning anything! Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Easily and thoroughly breaks up tough dirt with just water alone. Innovative cleaning material penetrates surface grooves to clean trapped dirt and grime.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
