What is the best way to prevent a webpage coded completely in HTML (no PHP or any server side language) from caching?

Configure whatever webserver you use to send the right cache control headers. You can't depend on anything in the document itself.

Thank you very much. Those document links were very helpful. – racl101 Apr 21 '10 at 20:38.

I had a website which has some html files and they are always getting cached in browser. I tested in internet explorer 9 by enabling cache-> always refresh from server option and then it's fetching fresh copy of html from server but in other browser's like chrome and opera it's caching every time. Please let me know how to prevent this cache issue.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
