Using the Kodak Easy Share program and the USB cable, connect your camera to your PC and then transfer the pic's. If you have a memory card reader in your PC you can take the memory card out of your camera and insert it into the PC and then do the transfer.

There's a lot of good photo editing software out there. I also like Microsoft's Picture Manager and HP has some great tools. Kodak is as good as any of them and since it came with your camera i'd say start there and then if you're not happy with it try something else.
