I think it is because the president has experienced racism which is alive and well, so it is expected that black people will be more for him. Obviously that isn’t true because he was elected president. Americans tired of this unjust war and our economy in shambles, they was willing to give this man a chance. So, it really isn’t a big deal that that woman gave him a compliment.
The media and others has a way of bringing race into it. Please note that some blacks don’t like obama. Don’t read more into what it actually is.
It really doesn’t require that much attention.
Our flag has been around a lot longer than the imposter president. Shortly he'll be gone and then the flag will wave hig This thing you called ’our’ president deserves no respect. He is certainly not ’MY’ president!
The OFFICE of President of the United States is to be revered & honored, and at the next election, an honorable man Will be elected and he’ll be gone. But a man who won’t even honor the flag nor even Pledge his allegience to it,like he has already done, deserves nothing but the contempt I have for him. He voids Christian day of prayer, but has a Moslem prayer day at the White House.
He disses America, and criticizesd our great country to other nations; he bows to muslem leaders. He mocks our heritage. He’s already destroyed our economy for generations to come, and has brought our health care to shambles Anything patriotic or Christian becomes taboo.
I’m sorry but if you feel he deserves respect, you’re as bad as he is.
2 I am hoping that there are details to follow......and that this isn't about the lady at the fast food place "hitting" on Obama. She was a nice, hard working female, and was playing around. A bit bold, but come on.
This doesn't need to be turned into a racial thing.

3 Her color isn't the issue. A compliment is nice but she made herself look trashy. I mean, who gives a married man a compliment like that?
Furthermore, what kind of skank gives a compliment like that in a public place to a public figure. She is probably a nice lady and doesn't live anywhere near a trailer park but she certainly came off like she lives in the middle of one. You can compliment someone and you can compliment the President, but there is a time and a place to talk about a man's body and how hot he is.
You certainly don't say that kind of thing to a married man. She very well could have said how handsome she thinks he is but certainly with a greater degree of decorum. How one behaves at home, at a bar and with their friends is completely different when they are around people the do not know.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
