A. The SPL or sound pressure level of FOXPRO game calls is measured by passing a 1W tone through the unit and taking a measurement at a distance of 1 meter from the speaker. With the FX3 this results in an SPL of 112dB.
With the SP108Z deluxe loudspeaker attached, the SPL is 120dB. With the 38, 48, 416, and 532 under the same conditions, the SPL is 106dB. With the SP108Z deluxe loudspeaker attached, the SPL is 114dB.
Be aware that some manufacturers claim pretty amazing SPL from their callers, but they will never reveal how far away from the unit they made this measurement. You can quickly add 3dB by simply halving the distance of the microphone from the speaker. So if at 1 meter we measure 114dB, at .5 meter it would be 117dB, .25 meter 120dB, and so forth.
It is quite obvious how one can advertise extremely high SPL, but without the point of reference, the number presented is meaningless. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
