What is the Definition of Metaphor?

The definition of metaphor is that it is a figure of speech. Terms or phrases are used to represent some things in metaphors. For example, I am so hungry that I can eat a horse.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
