What is the difference between GMT and Inst?

GMT stands for Greenwich meridian time and IST define the indian standard time. Indian time is observed 5 hours 30 mins more than the GMT. It has its own time zone for that.

India Standard Time is five and a half hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
