What is the difference between Page Views and Page Impressions?

Hubpages shows the total pageviews in a day while adsense displays the pageviews or page impressions with your adsense code only. Hubpages shares 40% pageviews/pageimressions with us. So for example your 1 hub had pageviews 100 in a day.So hubpages will show you 100 but out of 100 pageviews hubpages shares 40 page views under hubpages adsense id.

So in adsense you will see 60 page views which were under your adsense id.

Page Views and Page Impressions both refer to how many times a page has been viewed by a user. One user can visit a site and generate 10 pageviews, meaning they went through 10 pages of the site before leaving. A page impression would normally be generated every single time a user views one of your pages that are displaying Google ads.

They will count as a single page impression regardless of the number of ads displayed on that page.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
