There used to be an older model of Kindle that only came with 3g cellular wireless connection; now they have a newer model (3rd Generation) where you can either purchase a cheaper model that only has WiFi or the more expensive model that has both WiFi and 3g cellular. Also the newer (3rd Gen) Kindle is smaller in overall size, but the screen is the same size as the (2nd Gen) Kindle.
