What is the diffrence between Marmalade, Jelly and Jam?

Jams use whole fruits Jelly is the juices pulp and fruit bits strained out. Preserves pretty much a catchall phrase for jam, jelly or marmalade it is the process of preservation. Marmalade includes skin of citrus lemon, orange, grapefruit.

Jams use fruit smashed, jelly uses juice, preserves uses whole fruit and marmalade also uses other parts like rind.
