The Epicurious application for the iPad was first released on to the consumer market on the 3rd April 2010. The Epicurious application was previously available for download, for the iPhone and produced a whopping 1.6 million downloads before the Apple iPad application was released. What does the Epicurious application do for an iPad or iPhone user?

Well, the simple answer is that when anyone uses the Epicurious application they can search through over twenty seven thousand different drink and food recipes to create new or old serving ideas for any meal, at home or somewhere else, as well as prepare and create meal plans and shopping lists via the Epicurious format or through email and save favorite recipe ideas to their own personal favorites list.
