What is the history of Chinese and the Seneca Indian?

Amazingly, there really is a link between China and the Seneca Indians. These live in New York State, which is on the Atlantic seaboard of the USA. In 2001 a smuggling ring was caught that had been bringing millions of dollars worth of Chinese counterfeit Malborough cigarettes to the Seneca reservation to be sold over the internet.

Not only were they fakes, but they were evading all relevant taxes.
