What is the least painful place on your body to get a tattoo?

I have one on my lower back and it hurt sooooo bad. I would love to get another one, but in a place that doesn't hurt so bad. Any suggestions?

When went to get mine I knew what I wanted and just wasn't really sure where to put it. The guy who did the tattoo told me that one of the least painful places would be one of the ankles. So that's where mine is, and it was fine.It's not like it didn't hurt, it did, but it was bearable.

It felt like cross between a burn and a sting. It didn't even bring tears to the eyes. He said the more fleshy the area the better.

He said that tattooing on bony areas hurts like hell. I'm thinking about getting another one, I just need to find someone who's good, and figure out what I want (again!).

Well, I got'em all over I've only had one that was almost too painful to finish, and it's on the right side of my back. When he got to my rib-area, I was nearly in tears. Everywhere else has been fine.

I've been told that fleshy areas are less painful than bony areas. With bony areas you get that "rattling" effect, so you might want to try a fleshier body part. I had absolutely no pain with my hip, and with my calf.

I also had no pain at all on the back of my neck, but if you have a sensitive back, that might not be a good idea for you. My chest was a little sensitive, but my arms weren't a problem. Thing is we all differ.

We all have different sensitive spots, and varying pain thresholds, so as a rule of thumb I'd recommend staying away from anywhere you're ticklish. When choosing a place for your next tattoo, try someplace a little fleshier than your lower back, and somewhere that isn't ticklish. But most importantly, somewhere you think will look nice with a tattoo.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
