WVB is recommended for groups up to 5000. However, larger groups can be accommodated by using precincts. Divide your group into division (or precincts) each having 5000 voters or fewer and issue identical votes for each.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
