1-2 µg per array has been shown to work well. To get this amount of DNA it is possible: • to pool several samples obtained after ChIP • to amplify immunoprecipitated DNA. For this application we recommend the TLDA method, after one successful round of TLDA amplification, you can provide up to 4 µg of DNA.
