Niagara Falls The Falls, both American and Canadian were beautiful with the mist rising and rainbows visible when the sun shone. I will admit the first time I visited was 42 years ago on our honeymoon so my eyes might have been a bit clouded by love. However, we returned 35 years later and they are just as beautiful, awe-inspiring and beautiful.
We stood on the bridge between Canada and the US,I believe it's called the Rainbow Bridge, took pictures and talked about our life together. Then we walked over to Canada for lunch. The whole area is beautiful and I loved seeing the whirlpools and rapids again as well.

I can think of two places - Big Sur, California and Venice, Italy. We were driving along the coast in California for the first time and I couldn't get over how beautiful and wild (in the sense of open and untamed) it was. We stopped at a restaurant to eat lunch named "Nepenthe" which was situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean.
Sitting outside on the deck on this beautiful day with a blue sky and birds chirping in trees right in front of where we were sitting, I was overwhelmed with its beauty and felt transported into another world. Of course, I was sitting next to my husband and eating and talking, but I felt like I never wanted to leave that spot. It was a wonderful feeling - like I was in Heaven.
Venice was amazing to see - a magical world of canals, elaborate architecture and a maze of streets connected by quaint little bridges. Gondolas abound with singing Italians and everywhere you look there's a scene waiting to be painted. I loved it and would like to return someday.

1 I've been all over the world, but it was just last April. I was in Clearwater Beach. The water was beautiful - clear and blue.
The beach was sparkling white. It was the prettiest place I had ever been, and I've been there before. So calm.So peaceful.
So take you breath away beautiful - sunsets and sunrises that just stopped you in your tracks. And, most likely, soon to be ruined.
