What is the most humane way to remove mice from a home?

We use Havahart's Two Door Mouse Trap. Just "bait" it with a little peanut butter and within a couple of days from noticing we have guests, we catch one. Make sure to take it far away from your house though, as they tend to come back if you just let them in the backyard!

It doesn't do much for PREVENTING critters from getting in, but does a good job of REMOVING them once they are there!

With this trap: video.about.com/apartments/Humane-Mouse-... Basically, find out where they're getting in and block the path. Then, use a plasic bucket in the way that is described in the video to trap the mice. Place them outside, far (a car ride is best) away from your home.

A cat is good for preventing mice in the future, but some well-placed traps are the best way to get rid of them now.

Get a couple Cats|cats. If you do this, future Mouse|mice will avoid the house based on the smell of the cats. The smell is also likely to chase away the ones that are there already.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
