Litter box. When my husband and I moved 1000 miles across the country some years ago, we were driving a rental truck and had our dog and cat with us. On our first night in a motel, I could not locate the litter box we brought, so I constructed a very serviceable litter box using newspaper and duct tape.

As we all know you can fix anything with duct tape...my daughter was literally walking out the door to go to the movies with her friends when her belt broke. This was not an inexpensive belt! But we bought it at one of those trendy teenage stores, apparently not completely leather - can you believe it we now have "leather plated cardboard"?!

She was determined to wear this particular belt, it was adorned with grommets - very stylish. I must admit I didn't think she would go for the notion, next thing I know she walks out of the laundry room with a roll of duct tape in her hand! What an awesome kid!

We looped the two pieces of her belt through the loops & I wrapped the duct tape around the two pieces to connect them. That was in 2004, that damn belt still works! It even survived Katrina!

Believe me we have used duct tape to repair various things but this was a coup! Her friends etc... applied duct tape to their belts , no damage whatsoever, just because they thought it was SOOOOOOOOOO COOL! No, my daughter has not resorted to duct tape as a fashion solution since , it was too sad to see duct tape used as a fashion accessory by LOTS of teenage girls.

I use it for a lot of things! One of the weirdest was temporarly patching a hole in an above ground liner pool. A temp fix to a leaky waterbed.In a bind I have used it as a band-aid!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
