From what I can find out this is it: License to Scat (from the motion picture License to Wed) By Christophe Beck And Adam Blau. Arranged by Jay Althouse. http://www.sheetmusicplus.com/store/smp_detail.html?cart=10701184576&item=17498630 I have only found the sheet music.
I cannot find a recording. Best of luck. * * * * * * I found a recording but it is pricey and I could only find it on CD - not a downloadable mp3, as is my preference these days.
Go to www.jwpepper.com and type in "License to Scat", and you'll be able to listen to a Real Audio or mp3 file that will show you this IS the version you heard in the film. Then, if you want, you can buy a CD for $24.95 plus $6.99 s+h. I know that seems steep but I spent so much time and effort trying to find it, I was grateful to find a place where I could order it!
* * * * * * Listen to this song at Adam Blau's myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/adamblaumusic - it's called "License Credits" in the myspace music player Or at Adam Blau's facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Adam-Blau/33719893389 - it's called "License Credits (for demo purposes)" in the songs list. Here's a direct link to the facebook song: http://apps.facebook.com/ilike/artist/Adam+Blau/track/License+Credits+(for+demo+purposes).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
