What is the oddest item you have ever bought from Amazon?

I just bought several jars of Sriracha Chili Sauce. I normally buy this from another online seller, but something told me to check it on Amazon, and I was able to get it cheaper (and probably faster). I won't be surprised at anything I buy on Amazon in the future.
