The Beatles' third album "A Hard Day's Night" is the only album by that group to contain only songs written by Lennon, McCartney or both. All albums before "A Hard Day's Night" featured various songs by other artists (and one song written by George Harrison {Don't Bother Me, "With the Beatles"}) alongside Lennon/McCartney songs. All albums after "A Hard Day's Night" featured cover songs, songs written by George Harrison and songs written by Ringo Starr.
