What is the optimal or target number of students you would like to have in each elementary school building (if present physical space is not considered)?

The District would like to optimize instructional and support opportunities for all students as efficiently as possible. From a financial standpoint only, larger is better. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
