Your body needs a certain amount of oxygen to maintain whatever level of activity that you are engaging in. The more demanding the activity, the more oxygen your body will need. As your oxygen level decreases due to activity, you will notice a drop in your coordination.
Continued exertion at an inadequate level of oxygenation will cause your body to do whatever is necessary to slow you down or stop you. Depending on what you are doing at that time, this can be hazardous to you I have a pulse-ox monitor to keep track of my oxygen saturation level. I have to move slower than I used to in order to maintain a healthy level of saturation.
Fortunately, my job is such that when I have to, I can sit down and recover when necessary. I am still able to maintain primary productivity, I just have to be more careful than someone who has no problem with blood oxygen saturation.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
