Actually, it's called PentaS. Pentas, meaning "a series of five", is the scientific name for Pentas. Pentas is a Greek word.
This genera has floral parts in fives. The Egyptian Star Cluster that I grow is called Pentas lanceolata. I've found that the nectar-ers prefer the deep red color the most, with the pink coming in second.
