What is the Silent Auction?

Sponsors, Exhibitors, and others can donate products or services to our Silent Auction that will take place on-line before the Green Materials Showcase and conclude at the end of the day of the Show. Proceeds from the Silent Auction will benefit the non-profit organization Architects Without Borders and ADPSR. Items in previous years have included bamboo flooring, and a kitchen remodel with earth plaster and concrete countertop.

Companies donating items will receive special notice in our Event Booklet and on our Show Map, and Attendees will receive extra encouragement to visit your booth. The Exhibitor will be responsible for displaying the item and delivering the Auction item either to the Green Materials Showcase or to the recipient. The Show Sponsor will be responsible for collecting Auction Bids, arranging the contact between the recipient and the provider, and for collecting funds.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
