Between Sea Urchin and odd plants... Well, I ate Sea Urchin at sushi once and that kind of tasted like soap, so I don't know if they didn't wash it good enough or what. It all tasted like chicken, LOL. Actually alligator does taste like chicken but I once had meatloaf made from Grizzly Bear meat and it most certainly didn’t taste like chicken. I don’t really know how to describe the taste unless I say it tasted sort of like beef but with a very gamy taste.
