You cannot make a distilled spirit legally in the UK unless you have a licence. And as others have said making your own vodka is very dangerous, the brew could be deadly or the whole thing could blow up. Leave it to the experts and nip down the shops to get a bottle.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
