What is the toughest part of being a woman?

I think the toughest part of a being a woman is fulfilling the roles and purpose of (her) life. I would say these are the challenges, struggles but they also bring triumphs and exceptional joys. I view the woman as a unique creation of God; and she is fully equipped to handle much more than she can imagine.

I don't hate neither am I scared of being a woman. I wouldn't want to be anything or anyone else.

Women are expected to understand the trials of manhood........be it our fathers, sons, brothers or husbands.............

Men, are EXCUSED from caring about the business of being a woman.

I am woman.........I am not allowed to fear.........

I am woman, I am encouraged to 'hate' or display jealousy.

Yet, we are dismissed and ridiculed for relying on our sister women.

For me personally I don't find any part of being a woman tough, but the child birth part... Gosh if there was only an easier way!

The media often tells women that they need to rely on outside approval to prove their worth... which is a really false message & if believed isn't something that would be beneficial to believe because self-esteem is within and what happens in life can't always cater to what one wants to happen in life.

Either they cry or they smile. I scared from both.

The toughest part of being a woman is to move through obstacles and baracades to equal opportunity in employment. Even though more women graduate college more so than men, women still falls behind when it come to equal pay for equal work.

Most women are not vigilantes when it comes to fighting for equal pay. Most likely women accept the difference in pay structure unless they are willing to endure a job grievous that most likely would end up like the Walmart lawsuit.

I am not employed at Walmart but is aware of the class action suit that charged Walmart with not promoting women equally as men. The outcome of the Walmart case was that the court sided with Walmart because the lawyers said that the requirement was that each woman had to file a separate lawsuit.

In my particular situation, I am a government contractor but most often the men employees get the job because even though I have extensive government experience and a government clearance, the HR departments favor the men for the top notch government positions that requires a lot of traveling.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
