What is the wierdest thing that you believe in? Elves, UFOs, The Midgard Serpent, Gremlins, Boogymen, Spells, Ghosts?

I do believe in ghosts and spirits (yes there is a difference), and UFOs. For those who don't know, a ghost is a soul trapped in this world. A spirit is a soul that has already crossed over, but has come back to visit.

Don't get too freaked out, howver, if you hear voices, because there is a such thing called a "residual haunting. " These hauntings usually occur in places where there has been much activity by many people for a long time and the place is then shut down. It doesn't mean there are ghosts there, just residual energy from having so many people in such a small place for such a long period of time.

This kind of thing happens in old schools and hospitals usually. As for spells, I did have a witch one time walk me through a white spell. I had to perform the spell, but she told me how to do it.

I never believed in witchcraft and still don't, but it was interesting. I had never done anything like that before, but I must give a little credit because by God it actually worked! It was probably just a coincidence, but it was intersting nonetheless.

I do believe Sasquatch is probably real. It's not that farfetched that there is an ape-like creature out there somewhere that has alluded us all these years. I believe in UFOs 100%.

To believe we are the only intelligent life out there in all that vastness of space is, to say the least, egotistically ignorant. I do believe in astrology. Not the horoscope in the newspaper kind, but the actual science of astrology, as there is a BIG different.My mom is an astrologer and she has never ceased to amaze me.

She even predicted my being laid off and hit the timing right on the money. She's an amazing astrologer. Before you hurredly click the comment button, let me just say that the horoscopes you see in the newspapers are horrible.

I wish they didn't even print them. A real astrology chart is as individualized to you as a thumbprint, none of the generalized blanket statements you see in the newspaper.

Haha, good question! I look forward to reading what people say. As a resident of the Pacific Northwest, I am totally open to the idea that Sasquatch could exist.

We have so much isolated, unexplored forest that I think a small population of large animals could actually be out there. The fact that no one has found a body doesn't convince me, since nothing lays dead on the forest floor very long before scavengers and decomposition claim it. I also find it interesting that a number of embarrassed hunters have claimed to have seen it because a) it would be very difficult to find a hunter out in the middle of nowhere to scam him and b) it would be very stupid, since he might shoot you.

Finally, primate experts at Washington State University have said that if the famous video footage was a fake, it would have to have been faked by extremely knowledgeable people with Hollywood level costume making experience, and the guys who came back with the tape just don't fit the bill. I'm not saying these animals DO exist, only that I don't think there is any proof that they do not :).

I believe in... 1. Aliens - universe is so vast that it's 100% impossible that we're the only ones living on it. 2.

Ghosts - I dunno, I haven't seen one but I know someone who wouldn't lie on these things. She told me she's been seeing ghosts since she's young. Who is she?

My mom. 3. Spells - I too cannot explain how this happen but maybe there's some kind of powers that could control a human mind to feel the spell casts against them.

I dunno if some of you will not believe in those three. I've known lots of stories that could defend numbers 2 & 3...

Without UFO all of these unreal animals are really fake, in my opinion.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
