Well this is probably a popular answer But I really like the revelation scene near the end where they uncover how Andy escaped, and all of what he had been up to. Starting from the moment the warden starts chucking bits of stone around the empty jail cell, and you hear the clink, clink, clink of the stone as it passes through the Raquel poster...oh that scene gives me goosebumps. Brilliant to see how he changed his shoes, and left a bible in the vault, and how he broke the pipe.

All well-written and acted out. A close second is the scene where their tarring the roof and Andy curries the guard's favor. Well-played.

I like the scene on the roof Andy looks so happy..like he was remembering how it was to feel human. After all he had been through, he was probably wondering if he would ever feel good again. I love Clancy Brown (the hardest screw ever to walk a turn at Shawshank...) - he is so good at playing villians.

My favorite part of Shawshank Redemption was the escape scene For such a cerebral, relatively slow-paced film, Shawshank Redemption had a heck of a good action sequence in the escape. The combination of the lighting, mud and water really drove home the desparation of his escape. All the elements that led up to it were exceptionally clever, from Rita Hayworth and the rock hammer to timing the escape to match with a storm, but it still came down to some incredible nerve and some degree of athleticism, a combination of brains and brawn, to escape Shawshank.

Main message The main message of the movie is my favorite part. Technically speaking it isn’t really a part, so if you are looking for parts, read below. Parts which I loved: There were three parts which I loved a lot.

First one was where the Hero (Andy? ) was on the rooftop working with other captives and there was some financial issue being discussed by the policemen. I just loved Tim Robbin’s courage there.

He would have died and almost survived, given the jailor’s anger. The way he kept the eye-contact with a fearsome opponent was amazing. The second one was his effort to make a hole in wall to escape through the water-sewage lines.

The way he planned it, with a huge poster and what not, was just amazing. A small dagger, huh! The third one was where he played music using the Jail's announcement loud-speaker.

For a tranquil-moment he was ready to accept pain for a few days. What a guy, I mean what a guy! Main message: Tim was in doubt that he was a murderer till long.

Till then he kept jail getting better and better. After that, he meets another criminal where he is convinced that he isn’t the murderer. After than he decides to escape, and he does.It tells us the following: If you are sure that you have not done any mistake or crime, then you should try to fix it.

Law and its punishment is not absolute and one should try to find solution to one's situation. I am not saying we should break law. Just I wish law should be flexible enough to adjust to these special cases.

Saddest Part: One part I was sad about is where the guy bothers Tim and fights (beats him). Perhaps he is a homosexual, but that isn't depicted in a straight-forward manner. Sources: memory .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
