Very simple things Nice ice cold water or nice cold decaf fresh brewed green tea. I have the Mr. Coffee ice tea maker and keep a pot of decaf green tea made up all the time. Also keep bottles of water in the refrig so have plenty of cold water.

Those are the only things that quinches my thirst (in the summer or winter).

Water with.... A glass pitcher with fresh water and ice and sliced, thinly, cucumber. I find this to be so refreshing. I had it at a day spa one time and loved it so much.It is soothing and refreshing.

It is also a very sensory experience because you can really smell it while the glass is up to your lips to drink it. So, it is satisfying to a multitude of senses..

My fave faves I love a variation on Kir royale; champagne or other brut sparkling wine mixed with Campari, with a lemon twist. It’s just so good and not too sweet... I'm all about Crystal Light in the summer I have just discovered the Raspberry Lemonade variety of Crystal Light. This stuff is GREAT. It's refreshing and a bit unusual, so I haven't yet gotten tired of it.

I like their Peach Iced Tea too, but this Raspberry Lemonade is out of this world. Because it has no caffeine, it hydrates like plain water. I also drink a lot of bottled water.

I drink much more water in the summertime than during the school year, but I am "famous" for always having my water with me wherever I go. As far as alcohol goes, I generally don't drink a lot of acoholic beverages in the hot weather. When I have something it's usually a Merlot.

However, if I'm outside on the patio of our favorite bar in the summer, I drink Corona Light. It's really weird, but that is really the only place that I like to have beer outdoors. (usually beer and the heat don't agree with me) I have been known to have a Jack and diet Coke at the Tiki Bar on the island where we vacation every year.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
