What kind of hand to hand combat arts do they teach navy seals or green berets?

Ronda probably lost because she was chasing grappling range and Holm expected that; Boxers are very good at lulling their opponents. If Ronda fought smarter, she would have used a thip to lure Holm forward or something to that effect. Sport Judo killed the art, IMO, but I love to borrow from it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
