You should learn html / css first, php / sql, and then javascript in my opinion. SQL is really really easy to pick up on. PHP is associated with SQL.
You really can't apply PHP without HTML and you can't make HTML look good without CSS. Javascript is just well, not entirely needed for most things. As far as websites there are TONS, but coding has so many options you can't just specify an all in one.
There are tons of resources you will learn the most by looking up specific questions or techniques. You are driving a tough path if you are new to this all, wish you luck.
Well, you should bundle them up as follows: - html (http://www.html.net/), css (http://www.html.net/tutorials/css/introduction.asp), php (http://www.learnphp.org/). - sql (http://sqlzoo.net/) - javascript (http://javascript.internet.com/) It's best to look at examples and to pick them apart. Also set yourself porjects or follow some tutorials.
Good luck!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
