Botanically it is called Mandevilla. Traditionally it is called Dipladenia - But they are different They are different in how they look and how they grow. Basically though it is a vine and while the Mandevilla will take well to twining and climbing the Dipladenia grow better as a bush and prefers to be planted in a container (even if the pot is placed in the ground) It does very nicely as a hanging plant. It prefers bright light or semi-shade, but not direct sunlight.
Don't plant it where winter rain can pour down on it and be sure that it has good drainage. You can cut it back in spring BEFORE it begins to grow. With proper water and light it will bloom almost all year round.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
