Not sure, he hasn't really given his detailed opinion on anything but immigration. He could be anything from a keynesian to a monetarist. He shouldn't, as the gold standard is nonsensical, but Trump is a nonsensical man.
Considering he went to the Wharton School of Finance, you'd think he'd have the common sense to be against the gold standard.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
