Most lightbulb packaging doesn't mention the CRI. I need it for Seasonal Affective Disorder, and I'd rather just get the lightbulbs and put them in regular lamps instead of buying the insanely expensive S.A.D.Lamps on the market. Many lightbulbs claim to have "like-daylight" output or be "full spectrum" but those are marketing terms.

Not just CRI I don’t think CRI alone is enough to identify a bulb worthwhile for SAD treatment. The CRI refers specifically to the ability of the bulb to reproduce color compared to a reference source at the same color temperature (CRI = 100). It’s my understanding that SAD and other "full spectrum" bulbs (including grow lamps) incorporate not only visible light characteristics but also UVB and UVA light.
That said, bulbs.com lets you search by a bulb’s CRI rating, e.g. , this link to all their bulbs with CRI > 90. Be aware that "like daylight" as a marketing term may only refer to the bulb’s color temperature, daylight being in the 5000K range -- such a bulb might not be making a claim to CRI or UVA/B spectra. Also "full spectrum" might refer to a high CRI but not to UVA/B, instead just an indication that some creative phosphor use was applied to aid color reproduction.
Maybe I'm way off base with the UVA/UVB stuff, but if so the link above ought to help you find light bulbs with a high CRI. Here is a website that will list bulbs by CRI I'm not sure if you need a bulb with a high or low CRI (I'm not sure of the scale for CRI). But, this website will give you listings of CRI by "high" and "low" categories, with more information for each of the bulbs. Sources: goodmart.com/facts/light_bulbs/cri.aspx .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
