What lure should I use to catch a 16 lbs. peacock bass in the tournament Kraken?

A1: This was an aggravating tourney in that all the fish where too small. I found my way to the waterfall and had no better luck there either! Note that the average catch size changes in various spots on the lake.

On the way back from the waterfall I found a large open area (if you look to the left you'll see what looks like a sandy road leading into the water and something bright yellow at the water's edge. I stopped and dropped a "Long Cast Minnow Chub LC10" in the middle of the large area and came up with an 18lbs 9 oz Peacock and quickly ended the tourney. 2nd place had a 16 lb'er.

This was indeed the toughest of the challenges in that you have to find this spot too find the only qualifying fish in the whole lake. I finished all tourney's shortly after. On each tourney give the Rapala brand lures a try if the recommended lures aren't working.

Drop a sinking lure in to see where the fish are (saves time with casting and the guide won't yell at you as mush i.e. "COUNT TO 3 AND CAST ... more.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
