What management approach can you suggest in dealing political influence & intervention?

Dealing with any political influence and intervention at work is really tough. If the the political interference deviates with the company's Vision, Mission, Core Values, By-laws, Code of Ethics & Discipline, Standard Operating Procedures & Work Flow Process, then I would deal with it directly & objectively with a humble tone so as not to make the person feel disrespected. Point of discussion shall be based/referred with the aspects mentioned.No one can argue if we are dealing with documented facts and direction.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
