Check out Bigmountaindrugs, it is a Canadian Pharmacy (licensed) that offers meds at way better prices than any US Pharmacy.

In my experience, Costco pharmacies have relatively low prices for cash payers. I am not sure if they accept flex payment cards. I would assume they would.

I do know that most chain pharmacies accept this free discount card which has saved me a lot of money -especially on generics- at CVS and Costco- MedicationCoupons.com/card.

Personaly, I would be very cautious of on-line pharmacies. Over the last several years many of these have been shut down for selling counterfit drugs. If you are going to such services, thoroughly check them out first.An easy way is google the name followed by ', complaints, or , scam'.
