What parasites and worms should a dog be treated for?

The most common parasitic infestations that dogs should be treated for are roundworms and tapeworms. Evidence of these is seen in their stool. Some of the symptoms caused by these worms include diarrhea, sometimes blood in the stool, weight loss, a sickly appearance, and vomiting.
