This is one reason why a lot of people moderate their comments section.
There's nothing wrong with giving someone a link to a hub, providing that it's relevant to the content of the hub it's being left on and I personally would ask/request permission to place the link before doing so. Linking to outside sites or leaving links to outside sites, if not relevant to the content should be marked as SPAM, but that might not be possible to do, which is why moderation of hubs is left up to the author.
There are plenty hubbers who choose to use the option of moderating comments before they are published, which is what I advise you to do. This would make your claim with regards to your posed question wrong.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
