What percentage of the seals killed in the annual seal hunt in Canada are harp seals?

Good numbers are hard to come by. This is especially true of the second species, the Hooded Seal, which is less common and somewhat protected. It would appear that between 90% and 97% of the seals are Harp Seals, with the rest being Hooded Seals.
