What performers are recognized as the pioneers of modern day Hip Hop music?

Rappers delight was really the first commercially successful rap. As far as the originators I'm gonna go with DJ Kool Herc. He claims to have coined the term hip hop but so do a lot of others.

I would say herc started it, but alot of people divide hip hop into two eras. There is the old school and the golden era.So modern hip hop would be derived from the golden era, in this case I would say Easy-E is the father of modern hip hop.

He was extremely influential in the beginning of the golden era for gathering and trying to promote members of NWA who went on to be more successful than him but still would not be where they are today without him. Also when comparing new p Hop to Kool herc it sounds completely different, its not that far away from Easy E though.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
