I am a budding jewelry designer. I took jewelry making at UCLA and a beading course at Otis School of Design. I now live in Corona del Mar, CA and am looking for any courses in jewelry making and/or fashion that could contribute to my design and technical skills.
I have designed a line of jewelry, but I want to fine-tune it. I want to make sure that the pieces are sturdy and I would like to develop my skills more. I feel that I need to be more well-rounded.
I do have two stores that love my designs and want to sell them, but I don't want to do this until I know that my pieces are sturdy and that I don't have to be worried about breakage or anything else that could tarnish my jewelry line. Also, I have been dying to take a Color Theory course at night, but don't know of any that are reasonably close to my home. Anyone know about any good courses with some meat to them?
Also, any graphics or art courses that would be useful to developing my design skills that don't cost an arm and a leg. Asked by BlueDivaChameleon 44 months ago Similar questions: schools Irvine CA offer jewelry making fashion courses night budding designer Arts > Sewing, Craft & Hobby.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
