If you are stung by a jellyfish, the first thing that you have to d is get out of the water for there may be more jellyfish floating around and you have to minimize further contact with them. If you can find a lifeguard he/she may be able to assist you in treating it. If there are some jellyfish tentacles that is still attached on your skin you have to remove it carefully for the stinging capsules that is found in their tentacles can burst and can increase the severity of the sting.
Secure a vinegar and pour a liberal amount over it. You can also use seawater but it is less effective compared to the vinegar. Remove the tentacles gently making sure that it does not touch your bare skin.It would be best to wear gloves.
If you don't have a pair of gloves, use tweezers, towels or a piece of seaweed will do. Once the tentacles are removed rinse the affected area again with vinegar or seawater. You can also put a paste of baking soda and left it on or a meat tenderizer can also be used as long as you left it on for 15 minutes.
After you have rinsed the area thoroughly, check if there are lesions or hives. You can apply antibiotic ointments if there are cuts and apply hydrocortisone cream to lessen the itching. It will take your several weeks to completely recover but as long as the injured area appears better looking every day, there is no cause for concern. However, there are cases where the stung is severe and if you experience spasms, difficulty breathing, altered level of consciousness you have to brought to an emergency room of a hospital to receive proper medical attention.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
